Yoga = harmony between mind and body
I am Yvonne Martin, a qualified yoga teacher. Besides regular yoga, I also give individual attention and guidance to pupils based on the yoga philosophy. This is done by means of
- yoga courses
- meditation courses
- breathing therapy
during all of which breathing is of central importance. Breathing can be influenced, breathing is the reflection of the body's energy. Yoga is movement and movement is nothing but change, and for change movement is the tool.
The body experiences breathing and consciousness differently after the yoga posture than before. After all, yoga has a soothing effect and strengthens the mind.
In combination with breathing, the yoga posture works on the consciousness level and the human equilibrium.
